For the expansion of our workforce, we are looking for
(THROUGHOUT THE ITALIAN TERRITORY)
The role, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, will be the reference point for the development and expansion of the Italian market in the specified areas of expertise.
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:
- Consolidating their customer base by strengthening and developing existing business relationships;
- Expanding the commercial portfolio through scouting and mapping prospects;
- Systematically planning visits to prospects and clients to promote the technical and commercial aspects of the company’s products and the related cross-selling activity;
- Preparing commercial offers independently, managing company reference tools and management systems;
- Availability for frequent business trips;
- Preparing reports, good knowledge of the office package, especially Excel.
The ideal candidate presents the following requirements:
- Good basic education;
- Previous experience of at least 3/5 years in the role, preferably gained in contexts related to the construction industry;
- Knowledge of retailers/professionals in the relevant territories is a plus;
- Autonomy in using company reference tools and management systems for the role;
- Proactiveness, initiative, curiosity, dynamism, autonomy, and a spirit of initiative, along with excellent relational and communication skills, complete the profile.
Remuneration: Economic classification to be evaluated based on experience and skills.
